The individual or entity that engages MVAIndia services.
The resource provided by MVAIndia to support the Client’s assigned tasks.
Client assigns tasks and priorities. MVAIndia manages the VA resource, continuity, and replacement support (not project outcomes unless explicitly contracted).
MVAIndia provides managed virtual assistant services from India for global clients. The exact scope depends on the agreed statement of work, engagement plan, and onboarding notes.
Administrative, operations, business support, specialist tool support and industry-specific support as described on your selected service page and confirmed during onboarding.
Client remains responsible for defining tasks, priorities, approvals, business decisions and project management, unless a separate management scope is explicitly agreed.
We do not perform unlawful activities or work requiring regulated professional licensing unless explicitly agreed with appropriate compliance, documentation and permissions.
To ensure effective delivery, the Client agrees to:
Define scope, tools, access level, escalation rules, and deliverable expectations.
Client controls credentials, permissions, approvals and internal tool access.
Provide approvals and feedback so tasks can be completed within expected timelines.
Commercial terms depend on your selected engagement plan.
Pricing may be hourly, part-time, full-time, shared or dedicated. “Starting from $5/hour” is indicative and may vary based on scope, skills, timezone overlap and volume.
Invoices are issued as per the agreed billing cycle. Late payments may impact continuity of service.
Applicable taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction and invoicing entity.
We respect confidentiality and follow client-defined access governance.
NDA can be executed on request. Client defines what data, systems and access are permitted.
Client maintains control of user accounts, permissions and approvals. We follow your SOPs.
We apply best-practice operational security and encourage least-privilege access.
Ownership depends on the nature of work and the agreement.
Client retains ownership of its data, content, brand assets and systems provided to MVAIndia.
Unless otherwise agreed, work product created specifically for Client is made available for Client’s use.
Client is responsible for licenses/subscriptions and compliance with third-party terms for tools used.
Important limitations for service delivery and outcomes.
We support execution; business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Any liability, if applicable, is limited to amounts paid for the relevant period as permitted by law.
Either party may discontinue service as per agreed notice terms.
We may pause service in cases of non-payment, policy breach, or security concerns.
Either party may terminate based on the agreement. Transition support may be offered if applicable.
On request, we can coordinate a handover of trackers, SOP notes and current task status.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
